Exercising is really good for your body.
You should do it everyday!!! Sports are very good for your body.


You should stretch everyday because it's a very good exercise for your body. It loosens your muscles and makes you flexible and fit! One good is the hamstring stretch. First you put one foot in front, then you put your left hand on your front knee and your right hand on top. Keep the front leg straight and the back leg bent and lead forward a little until you feel a stretch in the back of your leg.

Running and walking are good aerobic exercises. To challenge yourself you can time yourself when you are waking or running. Also, jump roping is a really good exercise. It keeps your body bones working good and your heart pumping. It is also fun!

Weight lifting is a great exercise for grown ups to develop muscles. What you can do with weights is lift weighs up. Pull them and put one with the other arm. Then you can touch your toes with the weights.

Exercising is really good for your body and it keeps your heart pumping. When you do your exercises you should do them right because if you don't, you could hurt yourself! Exercising is one of the the best things to do everyday to be healthy and have fun.
