To be healthy you need to eat three heathly meals a day. If you do not eat a heathy meal your body will get weak and you will feel lazy and your stomach might hurt. if you eat to much fat it could clog  up your arteries and you could have a heart attack.

 

 

 

 

Here is the food guide pyramid.  The good food is in this pyramid.

 

 

 We need this pyramid because it shows us food that we need to be healthy and fit. There are six food groups in the pyramid.  The food groups are grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy, meat, and fats, oils and sweets.  You should try to eat at least 6 grains, 2 fruits, 3 vegetables, 2 meat, and 2 dairy foods every day.  We don't want to eat a lot of the last food group, but you can have a little.  

 

 

There are alot of foods that we like but  sometimes we have to eat healthy.

 

 

 

 

A healthy breakfast can be a banana, corn flakes, and. skim milk

 

A healthy lunch can be a sandwich with turkey, wheat bread, tomatos and lettuce, pretzels, apple juice, a side of carrots.

 

 

A healthy dinner can be a lamb chop, rice with beans, carrots, and a glass of water.

 

A healthy snack can be celery, peanut butter, raisins, and apple juice.
